ESG is corporate America’s way of ushering in Environmental (addresses
Climate Change) Social (promotes equity and diversity) and Governance
(Corporate structure) through the free market.

However, at the end of it all, is the goal of controlling an individual’s carbon
footprint which can only be accomplished through government surveillance and
loss of individual freedom.
