SUMMARY:Civics and Citizenship Club (River Region)
DESCRIPTION:This monthly event (every fourth Monday) is a non-partisan education initiative by Eagle Forum of Alabama to train up both high schoolers and adults in constitutional civics and American political history as it relates to today. If you have a teen who you want to receive a good civic education or if you want to learn something yourself\, we’d love for you to join us. \nThe teaching style is conversational where we bounce ideas and interpretations back and forth and talk them through. We believe that it’s not just teaching what to think that’s important but teaching how to think. \nThis event is led by Jason Keeley and Lori Herring. \nThe views expressed in presentations made at EFA meetings are those of the speaker and not\, necessarily\, of EFA.
