Holding a Ph.D. in Surface Electroanalytical Chemistry, blending physics, chemistry, electronics, computing, and mathematics, Dr. Frank has over 60 peer-reviewed publications, including cover articles in Science and other leading journals and a Nobel Prize nomination. Dubbed the “Johnny Appleseed of Election Reform,” Dr. Frank has worked in 48 states, uncovering election algorithms and testifying in legal settings. Using data and statistics, he reveals startling patterns and anomalies, from statistical impossibilities to thousands of phantom voters. Dr. Frank was recently invited by S. Korean Prime Miniter to observe their national election. With sharp insights and an engaging style, he will share the shocking things he observed in S.
