On October 24th, Judge Burke quashed the DOJ subpoena issued to Eagle Forum of AL. But the battle continues. On November 3rd, EFA filed a motion for sanctions against the DOJ. Judge Burke set a Motion Hearing for Feb. 8, 2023, at 10:00 AM in Courtroom 2F.
