Week 5: Wins, Watch Points, and What’s Next

Week 5 was a full week of movement, with several priority bills advancing to the House floor. Measures we support, including the Ten Commandments display bill (SB99/HB216), library and archives board appointment reforms (SB26, HB169), protections against illicit digital exploitation (HB347), and a ban on atmospheric weather modification (HB25) all progressed, while major data center and PSC restructuring bills were temporarily pulled from the Special-Order Calendar after clearing committee.
